Change Control Management

This information is provided as release notes, which are structured by Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes. The following tables gives an overview of the functions in the Change Control Management process.

Change Request Management

Change transactions in general	Enhanced	Depending on the user status, you can show and hide particular operating elements in assignment blocks. You can start urgent and normal changes and error corrections, in change requests, in the action Analyses, in the Business Process Change Analyzer. Change documents in general	Enhanced	There are a number of new functions available to you for change documents: You can assign transport requests to change documents and decouple transport requests that have already been assigned. You can import transport requests with certain roles, depending on the status of the change document in the system. You can assign changes to other projects. SAP Notes assignment block	New	You can assign SAP Notes to change transactions. Change transactions in the system recommendations that are processed in the WebClient UI already contain the selected SAP Notes.	SAP Notes

Downgrade protection	New	The cross-system lock on objects has been enhanced with additional checks to prevent the downgrade of objects. Multiple checks and analysis options are available to you.	Downgrade Protection
