Specify Processor in Transaction 
You can specify the current processor or message processor when a change transaction or message is opened in change mode.
Note
In messages, the support team linked to the business partner is also automatically entered.

The system displays a dialog box. You can specify whether your business partner is to be the current processor. If you choose No, the entry in the Current Processor or Message Processor is not changed, and the transaction is in Change mode. |

The following settings are delivered by default:
Messages: Parameter AUTO_POPUP_NO2EDIT
Change transactions: Parameter AUTO_NONE_POPUP
User-specific settings
Prerequisite: You have entered either the parameter AUTO_POPUP_NO2READONLY or AUTO_POPUP_NO2EDIT in the global settings.
You can specify per user that the dialog box is not displayed, and that the system enter the processor automatically. Choose SAP Solution Manager Technical Settings Work Center Adjust Work Center to Browser Adjust Transaction for Individual Users .
Enter X in the Parameters tab, for the parameter AI_CRM_POPUP_PROC.
Note
The dialog box is displayed, by default.
