Definition

The assignment of material planning objects (MPOs) or material containers (MCs) to jobs.

Use

Similarly to the authorized materials for a force element (see Material Planning Objects/Material Containers ) or a position (see Authorized Materials (Position) ), you can also assign MPOs or MCs to jobs. Positions to which these jobs are assigned inherit these assignments, thus increasing their authorized materials.

Structure

The Material Planning Objects and the Material Container tab pages are available in the Structures Workbench . The fields correspond to the force element or position tab pages of the same name.

Depending on the system setting, the Material Category field is available. For more information, see the Functions for the Equipment of Persons with Material section.

Integration

Assigned positions inherit the authorized materials for the job.
