After you first call the calendar display, the display period specified during selection is shown. If the first object to be displayed starts at a later time than the specified start date, the system adjusts the display period accordingly.

You can change the display period using the functions described below.

You can specify any display period directly. After you confirm your entries, the required display period is shown.

Align Display

You can use this pushbutton to select a display period of approximately ten years that starts shortly before the earliest start date of the selected objects.

Current Date (+/- Month)

You can use this pushbutton to set the date of the previous month as the start of the display date and the date of the subsequent month as the end of the display date based on the current date.

Previous Month / Next Month / Previous Day / Next Day

You can use these pushbuttons to change the display period by a month or a day.

Zoom Out (Month) / Zoom Out (Day) / Zoom In (Month) / Zoom In (Day)

Taking the current evaluation period as your starting point, you can use these pushbuttons to move the start date forward and the end date back by a month or a day at a time ( zoom out ), or to move the start date back and the end date forward (zoom in).

Page Up / Entry Up / Page Down / Entry Down

If objects cannot all be displayed at the same time, you can use these pushbuttons to scroll up or down to display entries not currently shown on the screen.

Display More Entries / Display Fewer Entries

You can use these pushbuttons to reduce or enlarge the display of individual objects so that the system can display more or less objects at a time.

Activate/Deactivate General Overview

You can use this pushbutton to display all objects at once. If the overview is activated, you cannot use the functions Display More Entries and Display Fewer Entries .
