 Gantt Charts

Use

In the detail area of the Structures Workbench , you can display different Gantt charts for the calendar display of organizational structures.

Integration

To display operations and exercises in calendar form, see Operations and Exercises Calendar .

Prerequisites

In the user settings for the Structures Workbench , you have selected the Gantt Diagrams view as the start page or chosen the Gantt Display view from the Structures Workbench function bar.

You can use the Business Add In /ISDFPS/GANTT_SELECTION to provide displays other than those shipped with the standard system. You have familiarized yourself with the functions for adjusting the calendar display .

Features

The following displays are available in the standard system:

  • Structure tab page

    • Object Time Periods

      Displays the validity periods of the selected objects.

    • Relationship Time Periods

      Displays the validity periods of the relationships found for the selected objects. The system evaluates the structure currently selected in the structure area.

  • Op./Exercise tab page

    • Contingents

      Displays the validity periods for the contingents of an operation or exercise.

    • Operational Start and End Date

      Displays the operational period of an operation or exercise.

  • Projects tab page

    Displays the validity periods of assignments to WBS elements.

Activities

  1. Select one or more force elements in the structure area of the Structures Workbench .

  2. Choose the required tab page and the required option or selection option if necessary.

  3. Choose Display.
