Use

The properties of force elements and the objects with which you map the personnel categories of force elements (positions, jobs, and persons) are mainly stored by the system in infotypes.

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the functions of infotypes.

Procedure

You edit object properties with the functions of the Structures Workbench (tab pages, user dialogs, and so on) or using reports of the Defense Forces & Public Security component . The relevant pushbuttons are provided for creation, delimitation, and so on.

The system stores the data in the corresponding infotypes automatically.

The status of the properties changes with the status of the objects. For more information, see Organizational Changes and Status Changes .
