Definition

An object that represents a person (or an employee) in Human Resources.

Use

You use this object to describe the actual personnel of a force element.

Structure

Technically, the person corresponds to the person (object type P) in the Personnel Administration component.

Status and Validity

The status and validity correspond to the object type Position in the Personnel Administration component.

Properties

The following fields or field groups are available on the Structures Workbench tab pages:

  • Basic Data tab page

    • Position Assignment

      The positions to which the person is assigned (if there are of multiple assignments, with percentages).

    • Personnel No. / Name

      The name and personnel number of the person.

    • EE Group / EE Subgroup / Pers. Area / Cost Center

      The assignment of the person to an employee group, employee subgroup, personnel area, and cost center.

  • Tasks tab page

    The assigned tasks (the same as the tab page of the same name for the force element)

  • Personnel Categories tab page

  • Op./Ex. Relationship tab page

    Note Note

    In the same way as for a position , you can also define ranks for a person. To do so, use the applications for processing personnel master data. Ranks for persons are stored in infotype 0783.

Persons can be assigned to positions and force elements .
