Change of Ownership
Use
This workflow is triggered if the owner of a technical object changes during an initial datafeed, a relocation, or a retirement (in other words, when a new relationship is created between the technical object and force element). When the new relationship is activated , the previous relationship, if it exists, is delimited and a work item is sent to the previous and/or future owner for information purposes. (In the case of an initial datafeed or retirement, only one corresponding work item is sent to the new or previous owner.)
The work item contains data for the force element involved, the technical object, and the assignment periods.
Prerequisites
You are familiar with the assignment of technical objects to force elements through relationship 820 .
