The assignments of tasks to force elements.

Use

You assign force elements tasks in order to describe their tasks, missions, functions, and/or skills.

You define and edit task objects using the Organizational Management component. For more information, see SAP Library under  SAP ERP Central Component Human Resources Personnel Management Organizational Management Expert Mode Editing the Organizational Plan Infotype Maintenance .

Alternatively, you can also describe force elements by entering user-defined text (see Documents ).

Structure

From a technical perspective, the tasks correspond to the task object type (object type T) from the Organizational Management component.

Task assignments are displayed and edited from the perspective of the selected force element in the Structures Workbench on the Tasks tab page.

The following relationship is provided in the standard system:

O = force element, T = task

To choose between the different relationship directions, you can choose Choose Relationship .

In the Implementation Guide (IMG) under Defense Forces and Public Security , you can define which relationships you want to display by choosing  Organizational Flexibility Structures Workbench Tab Pages Define Tab Pages for Command and Support Relationships .
