Measure Subarea
A bundle of data that belongs together from a business or system perspective (objects, assignments, and so on).
Measure subareas specify which data changes in an Organizational Measure are to be executed together and, by means of the assignment to a Measure Area (together with other measure subareas if applicable), are to undergo a status change together.
The measure subareas are fixed by the system and can be changed only with restrictions.
The following measure subareas are delivered with the standard system:

Supply Relationships | Relationships |
Maintenance Master Data | Functional location and so on (not currently used) |

Work Centers | HR work centers, assignments between HR work centers and logistics work centers |
Insofar as customer enhancements for this data are possible, these are automatically assigned to the respective measure subarea and dealt with (for example, customer-specific infotypes in the organizational unit are covered using the force element).
If individual data does not have its own status, it is assigned to the Structure
measure area rather than to the corresponding measure subarea. The measure subareas in question are indicated with not currently used in the Measure Subareas table.
