 Logical System (Infotype 1984)

Definition

Specification of the logical system that is to be the operative system for business processes of the force element and all lower-level force elements.

Use

For force elements (such as operations) that have their own decentralized system, and for their lower-level (sub)structure, you specify the logical system that is to be the operational system for business processes.

Note Note

This does not define which logical system is the current transaction system at a particular point in time for these or lower-level force elements.

End of the note.

These values are for information purposes only.

If the status of a force element that can have its own system changes, the values in infotype 1984 are used to trigger a workflow request to set up the system. See Checks and Follow-Up Actions for Status Change .
