 Personnel Information (Infotype 1983)

Definition

The authorized personnel assigned to a reference force element in the form of jobs.

Use

You assign jobs to a reference force element in order to define its authorized personnel.

As an alternative to jobs, you can describe personnel by defining suitable reportable item codes (RICs) for a reference force element on the Reportable Item Code tab page.

Structure

Personnel information is displayed and edited in the Structures Workbench on the Personnel Categories tab page.

RF = reference force element, C = job

To choose between the different relationships, you can choose Choose Relationship .

In Customizing for Defense Forces & Public Security , you can define which relationships are to be displayed and edited by choosing Start of the navigation path Organizational Flexibility Next navigation step Structures Workbench Next navigation step Tab Pages Next navigation step Define Tab Pages for Command and Support Relationships End of the navigation path .

Properties

You enter the following properties for an assignment:

  • Name/ID/Code

    The assigned job.

  • Assigned as of/Assigned Until

    The validity period of the assignment between the job and the reference force element.

  • Object Status

    The status of the assigned job.

  • Valid from / Valid to

    The validity period of the assigned job.

  • Relationship Text

    A description of the relationship.

  • Relationship Status

    The status of the relationship.
