Assignment of Account Assignment Objects and Budgeting Objects This function allows you to assign objects from
Accounting, Funds Management,
or
Project System
to objects from the
Defense Forces & Public Security
component
.
You have used SAP Library to familiarize yourself with the objects and functions from the
), and
Project System
(under
Financials
) components
.
You are familiar with the Customizing settings under as well as under .
You are familiar with the tab pages for the force element and material objects.

The correct
funds center
is derived
automatically
on the basis of the relevant cost center (in some cases, also on the basis of a WBS element). See also
Funds Center Derivation
. Alternatively, you can change the derivation strategy on the
Funds Management
tab page using the corresponding pushbutton.
You can assign WBS elements to a force element on the
WBS Element
tab page in the
Structures Workbench
. You can use the relevant pushbutton to either assign an existing WBS element, including its project definition and description, or to create a new WBS element.
You can use the
Project Builder
to edit projects (project definitions and WBS elements)
.

, you can also make assignments to force elements. To do so, you have to set up the WBS detail screen /ISDFPS/SAPLOM_PROJ in Customizing for Project System and implement the Business Add-In

As when you are setting up your own detail screens, enter a number >900.
You can assign WBS elements in two ways:
On the
WBS Element
tab page for the respective objects in the
MPO Workbench
.
In the
Project Builder
application (transaction CJ20N). To do this, you must have defined the
iPPE Object Assignment
tab page in Customizing for
Project Builder.
