Creating PIRs with Reference
Prerequisites
You must have performed planning procedures and have results to use as reference. You can choose from the following reference types:
Sales plan of a material
Sales plan of a product group
Production plan of a material
Production plan of a product group
Results of flexible planning from SOP
Simulative dependent requirements for characteristics planning
Material forecasts
Planned independent requirements of other materials
Planned independent requirements of the same material
The original plan of the same material
Procedure
To create planned independent requirements using a reference, on the
Demand Management
screen, select
Planned indep.reqmts
Create
.
The screen for creating planned independent requirements appears.
Enter the material number, the name of the product group or the requirements plan.
Enter the plant and / or the material (see Material Requirements Planning ).
Enter the version.
Choose
Reference.
The
Copy Reference
dialog box appears.
Select a reference type.
