Synchronizing Data with the Synchronize Feature 
You can synchronize calendar items, contacts and tasks between SAP Business One and Microsoft Outlook according to specific criteria (either default settings or user-specified settings for a particular synchronization run).
You have established a connection between SAP Business One and Microsoft Outlook.
In Microsoft Outlook, choose .
The SAP Business One - Data Synchronization window appears. This window has the same tabs used for the default synchronization settings except for the Schedule tab.
Check the settings on any of the tabs and make any necessary changes:
The settings you made are used only for the current synchronization run.
To save your settings for future synchronization runs, choose the Save Settings button.
To start data synchronization, choose the Synchronize button.
The systems synchronize the selected items. If you selected Show Preview Window in the General settings, the Synchronization Preview Window appears before synchronization. This window displays all new items and allows you to resolve any conflicts.
