In this process, you enter all the data for the checklist item.

Prerequisites

You created a checklist item (see Creating Project Elements).

Process

  1. You enter the basic data for the checklist item (see Creating Basic Data for a Checklist Item).

  2. You enter the dates and confirmation data for the checklist item. For more information, see Dates and Work.

  3. You enter the additional data for the checklist item (see Creating Additional Data for a Checklist Item).

  4. You check the Status Information for Project Element.

  5. You assign documents (see Assigning Documents and Creating Folders).

  6. You create collaborations (see Creating a Collaboration).

  7. You link objects with the checklist item (see Creating an Object Link).

  8. You assign authorizations for the checklist item (see Assigning Authorizations).
