You enter the additional data for the phase. For more information, see Creating Additional Data for a Phase.

You check the Status Information for Project Element.

You assign documents (see Assigning Documents and Creating Folders).

You create collaborations (see Creating a Collaboration).

You link objects with the phase (see Creating an Object Link).

You create an approval (see Creating an Approval).

You can also create the approval at a later point in time.

You assign authorizations for the phase (see Assigning Authorizations).
