In this process, you enter all the data for the phase.

Prerequisites

You created a phase (see Creating Project Elements).

Process

  1. You enter the basic data for the phase (see Creating Basic Data for a Phase).

  2. You enter the dates and confirmation data for the phase. For more information, see Dates and Work.

  3. You enter the additional data for the phase. For more information, see Creating Additional Data for a Phase.

  4. You check the Status Information for Project Element.

  5. You assign documents (see Assigning Documents and Creating Folders).

  6. You create collaborations (see Creating a Collaboration).

  7. You link objects with the phase (see Creating an Object Link).

  8. You create an approval (see Creating an Approval).

    You can also create the approval at a later point in time.

  9. You assign authorizations for the phase (see Assigning Authorizations).
