Object Links
You can use this function to link Portfolio Management objects to other business objects. These business objects can be located in the same system, such as Project Management files, or in a different system, such as sales orders and purchase orders in SAP systems or Microsoft Project. Object links are supported by items and initiatives in Portfolio Management.
To use this function, navigate to the item or initiative dashboard. Select any item or initiative to open the detail screen. In the detail screen, on the Relationships
view, choose the Object Links
subview.

You have defined and activated the business objects to be linked in Customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management

You can carry out the following activities:
Create an object link
Edit an object link
Display the header data of a linked object
This option is available only if the appropriate configuration has been carried out.
Call an application on the target system for the linked object
This option is available only if the appropriate configuration has been carried out.
Delete an object link
