Collection Management 

Purpose

You can aggregate portfolio items to collections, such as programs, initiatives.

You use this process to model a detailed structure under a bucket. You can use this process to manage these collections.

 

Process Flow

       1.      You create a collection and enter all required data.

       2.      You assign items to this collection.

       3.      You can see all collections in the Collections view.

 

Result

You have created a collection that includes a set of items. With this you can manage your items under the bucket more easily.
