Collections
With this Web application, you can see an overview of existing collections or begin creating a new collection object. A collection can span multiple buckets and always has one sponsoring bucket and a definite lifespan that is directly tied to the projects or portfolio items contained within it.
You navigate to this view by choosing Portfolio Management. Then click Collections .

Delete an existing collection |
Select the collection to be deleted. Click Delete. |

Search for a collection |
Sort |
You can sort the collection list by columns. Click the column header to sort in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order. |
Filter |
The first row is for filtering the collection list. Enter a string of characters to filter the collections that contain the string. Enter search strings in multiple columns to narrow the search results. Special characters are not permitted. |

Work with an existing collection |
Click the name of the collection in the displayed list. The name links to the collection overview. |

Scroll |
You can scroll using the triangles at the bottom of the displayed list. The three triangles pointing down scroll down one row at a time, one page at a time and to the last page, respectively. The three triangles pointing up perform the same function for scrolling upwards. These triangles are inactive if all collections fit on a single page. |

Here you can export list of select collections to Microsoft Excel. ... 1. Select the collections from the list 2. Click Export to Microsoft Excel to access the Export view. 3. Click TableData.xls. |
The first column of each row has a checkbox that is used for selecting the collection in that row.
● To select a single collection from a list, click the corresponding checkbox.
● To select multiple collections, hold down the CTRL key and click the checkboxes corresponding to the collections.
● To select a block of collections, hold down the SHIFT key and check the first and last collection of the block.
