Personalizing Mobile Client for Laptops 

Use

Personalizing the mobile client for laptops includes configuring the client settings, and registering the client with the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE). These settings are configured by your administrator.

Procedure

To personalize the SAP NetWeaver Mobile client, you can:

·        Configure the user settings

·        Register the device

·        Reassign the device, if required

If you move to a new location with the same client device but a different DOE server, then either you or your administrator must reassign the client with the settings for the new DOE. The administrator reassigns the client device and sends a notification to the device. In this case, the reassignment occurs automatically. However, if an automatic reassignment does not occur, you must manually reassign the device.
