Configuring User Settings

Use

Either you or your administrator can configure user settings on the client device. You must perform this procedure when you start the mobile client for laptops for the first time. You must synchronize with the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) only after you have configured the user settings.

Procedure

1. On the mobile client for laptops homepage, choose Settings.

2. Choose General Settings → User Settings, and use the details in the following table as your next steps:

Field Name	Action
User	This is a read-only field containing the User ID with which the mobile client for laptops synchronizes with the DOE.
Language	This is a read-only field containing the language that you want to use in the application.
Country	Enter the country in which you work. The country information affects the currency, date, time, and number formats.
Time Zone	Enter the current time zone for the country in which you work.
Daylight Saving Time	This is a read-only field containing information regarding whether or not daylight saving time is applicable to your country setting.

3. Choose Save.
