User Management
The Adobe document services use the authorization provided by the SAP NetWeaver Application Server. Therefore, the recommendations and guidelines for authorizations as described in the
SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP Security Guide and
SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java Security Guide apply here also.
For maintaining a user, you may use tools in both application platforms, AS Java and AS ABAP. See the table below.

Each user has a security role assigned to it, which has been predefined in the system.
