You use this procedure to create a voice application that consists of voice and non-voice entities and to enable the required fields in the voice application.

Note Note

You create voice components in a way similar to voice applications, so you can also use this procedure to create voice components. Voice applications and voice components or a combination of both are called as voice models.

Procedure

  1. Create a voice model.

  2. Add voice entities to the voice model.

  3. If you want to use non-voice entities such as back-end functions (BAPI/RFC) or Web services in your voice model, add the non-voice entities into the voice model.

  4. Enable the voice and non-voice entities fields that you added to the voice model.

    Note Note

    You only enable non-voice entity fields if you added some to your voice model.
