You use this procedure to enable the voice application to use resources from appropriate locations at runtime.

Prerequisites

  • You have created a voice application

  • In the Visual composer, you have the Configure task panel open for the voice application to be configured

Procedure

  1. You must specify the general fields to ensure successful compilation of your voice application.

  2. If you want to modify the event handlers, XML properties, or the resource target files location, or add multilanguage support or a jumpword you can do so in the advanced settings.

  3. You must specify the deployment fields to enable logging and tracing options and also to specify an appropriate driver for the third-party VoiceXML gateway used for accessing your voice application.

  4. You must specify the fetchaudio file details to ensure that the appropriate fetchaudio files are used by the voice application when required.

  5. You must specify the Resource Target Defaults fields to ensure that the voice application uses the prompts and grammar files from the appropriate locations at runtime.
