Use

As an administrator, you can check and control the use of rooms and ensure their data consistency.

Procedure
  1. Establish the usage frequency of rooms.

  2. If required, control the availability of rooms and the responsibilities for rooms.

  3. Check the data consistency of rooms at regular intervals. We recommend performing this step after each update.

  4. If you have changed worksets for templates for which rooms have already been created in the system, transfer the changes to the affected rooms.

  5. If you want to display the entire inventory of rooms in the system, use a report to create the inventory list.
