Basic ALV Functions

In the broadest sense, basic ALV functions are functions that you can also provide the user as generic ALV functions . However, because you do not change all of these functions using the ALV object model, which means that you would be able to trigger them with your application, basic ALV functions are limited here to those that you can program yourself:

• Filtering

• Performing Aggregations

• Enabling Layouts

• Selecting
