The Integrated Production Operator Dashboard always displays the work instructions to the production operators at the operation or resource entered.

You can set up the Integrated POD to display components to be assembled or data to be collected at the operation or resource

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

Rule

Setting

OPERATION_LIST_REQ

YES (default): Requires the user to choose the Operation List pushbutton from the SFC Selection activity to select the operation to work on.

NO: Allows the user to choose the POD pushbutton.

SFC_SELECTION_REQ

YES (default): Requires the selection of an SFC number from the SFC Selection activity.

NO: Does not require the selection of an SFC number from the SFC Selection activity. Allows the user to select the SFC number from the Task List in POD.

Note that the OPERATION_LIST_REQ activity rule must be set to NO.

The following pushbuttons appear on the default predefined integrated POD:

  • Close

  • Logout

  • Start (Start, Assembly Point)

  • Complete

  • Assemble (Assembly Point)

  • Data Collection

  • Log NC

  • Confirm Components

  • Activities

  • Reports
