Real-Time Warnings Maintenance
You use this activity to define yield processing and consecutive identical nonconformance criteria for SFC numbers belonging to a specific material or all materials, SFC numbers at a specific operation or all operations, and SFC numbers at a specific resource or all resources.
The following tables describe fields requiring explanation:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
| The name of the site that the user is assigned to |
| The material for which real-time warnings are defined |
| The operation for which real-time warnings are defined |
| The resource for which real-time warnings are defined |
Note
The Material
, Operation
, and Resource
fields cannot all contain an asterisk (*).
Field | Description |
|---|---|
| The lower yield limit (expressed as a percentage) for the specified parameters. This value must be between 0 and 100%. A message is generated if the yield processing rate falls below the value specified in this field.
The value in this field must be lower than the value in the End of the note. |
| The message type associated with this yield processing real-time warning (see Message Type Maintenance) |
|
|
| The number of SFCs that must complete an operation before a yield processing data calculation is done
This field is enabled only if you select End of the note. |
| The method used to reset the yield counter

Field | Description |

|
| The nonconformance code or NC group used to count consecutive identical nonconformances.
Consecutive identical nonconformances are based upon an NC code whose NC category is failure. If the NC code is not defined as an NC category of failure, the data is not collected and the consecutive identical nonconformance real-time warning cannot be calculated. You must add the The real-time warnings are sent when the user chooses End of the note. |
| The message type associated with this consecutive identical nonconformance warning (see Message Type Maintenance) |
| The number of consecutive identical nonconformances for the specified parameters. A message is generated if the consecutive identical nonconformance count reaches or surpasses the specified value. |
| The method used to reset the nonconformance counter
