InfoNet

Defines the data of a concrete HR form that is read from the database later. The InfoNet therefore contains the form data to be printed before form printing commences. The MetaNet is a store of information that can be selected for the InfoNet.

On the basis of the InfoNet, data that is subsequently printed in the form is read in the R/3 System.
The InfoNet contains InfoStars. An InfoStar contains InfoDimensions and InfoFigures. An InfoDimension contains InfoFields (attributes and keys). The InfoNet and its InfoStars are displayed in the R/3 System as an overview tree. If you require further information and functions, see the tab pages.

4. The Selection Screen tab page includes an overview of InfoDimensions and InfoFields.
You determine the fields that are included in the print program selection screen after the print program has been generated. For example:
· Company code
· Cost center
· Personnel number
· Employee subgroup
· Employee group
· Personnel area
· Personnel subarea
· Legal person
You determine which employees and payroll results are used to create forms. You do not have to print all of the fields that you selected in the InfoNet on the Selection Screen tab page.
Use the selections.
5. On the Cumulation Wage Types tab page, you assign the cumulation wage types to the form that you want to use in the form to cumulate specific wage type values. As soon as the payroll results have been read, cumulation wage types are formed in the appropriate payroll tables. They can then be used during a selection, for example, just like normal wage types.
