InfoStar  

Definition

Defines the data of a single data source for a concrete HR form. When the print program is executed, this data is read from the database. The InfoStar characterizes the relationships between InfoDimensions and InfoFigures. The MetaStar is a store of information that can be selected for the InfoStar.

Use

On the basis of the InfoStar, the data of a single data source is read in the R/3 System and then retrieved for form printing.

Structure

In the overview tree of the InfoNet, an InfoStar is a node and specifies the relationships between InfoDimensions and InfoFigures. It can also consist of InfoDimensions only.
