B2A Manager
You can exchange your electronic data with the relevant authorities using this function in Authority Communication with the B2-A Manager.
The exact procedure differs for each country. For more information, see the country-specific documentation.
·
Display only open processes indicator:
As standard, the display only open
processes indicator is set in the other options group. This means
that only entries are displayed that are not yet completed. These are entries,
that have the status new, in process or error –
process anew. Entries with the status OK or incorrect
have been completed or can not be processed any further. These entries are not
displayed, if the display open processes indicator is set.
If you also want to display entries with the status OK or
incorrect, deactivate the indicator.
·
Restrict selection with selection
criteria:
In certain country versions, a group Selection is available, in which
you can further restrict the entries you want to display using particular
selection criteria.
These selection criteria can be, for example, the area, the document type, or
the personnel (sub) area.
Choose, for instance, a particular area so that only entries for this area are
displayed.
If you do not want to make restrictions, leave the fields empty and choose
Enter. All (open) processes are displayed.

If you also want to display completed processes, deactivate the display
only open processes indicator.
There are several functions for controlling entries in the B2A Manager. To execute a function, select the desired entry and choose the corresponding function using the relevant pushbutton or using the Process menu entry.
·
Display data:
The data of the relevant entry is displayed in a detailed view.
Which data is displayed, depends on the communications procedure and the
authorities.
·
Execute
process:
A process is executed for a certain entry (data received or sent using the
Internet).
·
Display
history:
All processes that have been performed are displayed for this
entry.
The history contains, in
particular, all status changes to an entry, as well as the status changes made
by the system and made manually.

If a history is available for an
entry, you will find an icon in the first column of this entry that can be
expanded. Alternatively, you can
directly display the history for an entry using this icon.
·
Change status:
To document which processes have already been performed for an entry, each
entry has a particular status.
The respective status of an entry
is usually set by the system. Depending on the area and document type, you can
also change certain statuses manually using the function change status
