Merge Records

Merges the selected records into a single record

Merge Into

Merges the selected object into a single object

Reimport
(appears in context menu only)

Reimports the selected objects from their original location (enabled on object tables only)

Replace
(appears in context menu only)

Replaces the selected object with a new object (enabled on object tables only)

Generate Thumbnail
(appears in context menu only)

Generates the thumbnails for the selected objects (enabled on object tables only)

Save Original to Disk
(appears in context menu only)

Saves the original of the selected object to disk (enabled on object tables only)

Set Print Size
(appears in context menu only)

Sets the print size for the selected images (enabled on object tables only)

Split Text Block
(appears in context menu only)

Splits the selected text blocks by the specified delimiter (enabled on object tables only)

Edit Key Mappings

Edits the key mappings for the selected record

Modify Text Value List
(appears in Records menu only)

Modifies the text value list of the current text attribute

Recalculate
(appears in context menu only)

Refreshes calculated field(s) on the selected records
