Candidates use this process to enter data for their profiles. This includes the following data:

Professional background
Qualifications

The
Personal Data
, such as name and date of birth, and the
Communication Data
, such as city and e-mail address, are transferred from the connected HR system and maintained by employees in the HR department.
The candidates can then release their completed profiles. By releasing their profiles, candidates makes their data accessible to others in the
Talent Pool
of the
Talent Warehouse
. Succession planners can then find the candidates when searching the
Talent Pool
and can display this data.
Candidates can revoke the profile release whenever they choose and thus prevent further access to their data.
