 Entry of the Candidate Profile

Purpose

You use this process to enter your candidate profile in the Talent Warehouse . Your candidate profile contains details of your educational and professional background, and details of your preferences regarding type and location of employment.

Note Note

Your Personal Data and Communication Data has been transferred from the connected HR system and updated by personnel in the HR department.

You can release your profile when you have finished. Your data can then be accessed by succession planners, who can use the candidate profile as a basis for deciding whether you are a suitable candidate for a key position.

Note Note

The succession planner can also edit your candidate profile.This might be necessary, for example, if data needs to be added.

Prerequisites

You are registered in the Talent Warehouse and have logged on to it.

Process Flow

  1. You choose the Candidate Profile function on the start page ( Personal Pages view).

  2. The system opens the profile maintenance assistant.

  3. You store your data by entering details on the following tab pages:

    • Work Experience

      You list all your work experience to date.

    • Education and Training

      You list all educational courses that you have completed to date.

    • Qualifications

      You list your qualifications and competencies and rate them.

    • Attachments

      You upload documents that can support or supplement your entries.

    • Desired Job

      You enter your preferences and conditions regarding your future employment.

    • Desired Work Location

      You enter your preferences regarding your future work location.

    • Data Overview

      You view all data you entered in an overview and check it for completeness.

    • Profile Release

      You release your profile so that succession planners can access your data and consider you for job vacancies.

Result

You have stored and released your profile in the Talent Warehouse .

You can now be considered by succession planners as a potential candidate for key positions and jobs.
