Requesting an Alternative Password
Use
You require a
password
to access your
Personal Pages
in the Talent Warehouse, but you cannot remember this password. In this case, you request an
alternative password
. Your alternative password is sent to you by e-mail.
Prerequisites
You have registered your details in the Talent Warehouse; in doing so, you entered your
user name
,
password
, and
e-mail address
.
Procedure
Choose
Password by E-Mail
.Enter your
user name
and/or youre-mail address
.Choose
Request Password
.
The system checks whether the user name and/or e-mail address are already registered and then sends an alternative password to the e-mail address that you entered in your Personal Data.
Result
You can use the alternative password to regain access to your
Personal Pages
.
Caution
For security reasons, you should change the alternative password immediately once you have logged on successfully. See Logging on to the Talent Warehouse and Changing Password .
