The HR Administrator can use this iView to start the Hiring process for a new employee.
Integration
This iView uses the Web Dynpro application asr_process_execute. This Web Dynpro application is also used by the following iViews:
Start Processes (in the workset Work Overview)
Start Processes (in the workset Employee Information)
This Web Dynpro application is also accessed when the HR Administrator performs a work item in the Worklist.
Prerequisites
You have made the settings described under Configuration: Business Package for HR Administrator for the business package.

In the standard system, the following application parameters are stored for the iView:
PROCESS_GROUP=HIRE
Specifies a process group from Customizing for HR Administrative Services.
NoteIn this parameter, you can specify only those process groups for which you have set the Enable Process Start Without Previous Object Selection indicator in the IMG activity Enable Process Start Without Selecting a Start Object.

Data Tracking for Self-Services Set Data Tracking for Individual Self-Services . For Data Tracking, this ID differentiates between Web Dynpro applications that are used more than once in different iViews in the same portal role.
