The HR Administrator can use this iView to start processes in the context of HCM Processes and Forms. This involves the following steps:
Selecting affected employee and required process
Editing form
Checking Entries
Sending data to the responsible processor
Integration
This iView uses the Web Dynpro application asr_process_execute. This Web Dynpro application is also used by the following iViews:
Start Processes (in the workset Employee Information)
This Web Dynpro application is also accessed when the HR Administrator performs a work item in the Worklist.
Prerequisites
You have made the settings described under Configuration: Business Package for HR Administrator for the business package.
You have made the following settings in Customizing for HR Administrative Services under
Configuration of Forms/Processes 
Process Configuration Set Up Processes 
:Validity for Process Start
Process Groups (optional)
Configuration
If you created process groups in Customizing, enter them as application parameters of the iViews, using the format ProcGrp=<technischer Name der Prozessgruppe> (for example, ProcGrp=DEMO). In the standard system there is not a process group.
