SCF Connector for the service type is either not available as a portal component or has not been properly configured.

The WebEx Site that has been configured does not support API.

Contact WebEx to turn on the API for your microsite.  If you are not currently a WebEx user, you can use the evaluation site  http://sapportalseval.webex.com

which has self registration enabled

Data Source for the specified system does not exist.

Create System for the specified Data Source.

       1.      Choose file com.sap.netweaver.coll.appl.sync.

       2.      Name of the system should be same as the specified data source in the exception.

       3.      Create alias exactly as the name of the system.

Could not start the session.

If the appointment exists in My Appointments or in Calendar, contact SAP support with the log file.
