Display and Analyze Update Records 
This function provides you with an overview of the update requests and a tool to investigate any problems that may have occurred. This function does not display requests that have been updated successfully.
Note
You can also see the same display if you choose
(Administration of Update System), and select all update requests or canceled update requests. However, this function does not allow you to define detailed selection criteria.
Define the selection criteria. You can select update requests by the following properties.

Note
No input or * will display all possible update requests.
Choose
(Execute (F8)).
A list of update requests will be displayed.

Analyze the result.
Green color in the Status field means that the update is currently running or has not yet started. You are not required to do anything provided that the list is not too long and the updates are not being processed.
Red color in the Status field means that an error occurred and the update request could not be processed.
In many cases, information relating to the cause of the error is given in parentheses.
The Info column provides the following information.
