Deleting Terms 
To delete a term, you need superuser authorization.
Before you delete a term, you first need to call up a Where-Used List for this term, to check that this term is not used in any glossary links or as an index entry. For more information, see Displaying the Where-Used List in Terminology Concept.
Call transaction STERM.
Enter the term you want to delete and choose Find.
If one or more terms match your search criteria, the system displays the results list. To display the Terminology Concept of the term you wish to delete, select the term and choose .
In the Terminology Concept screen for this term, choose .
Dialog box Context Attribute Query appears.
Choose
(Continue) to check that no documentation objects contain links to this term.
A dialog box appears asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the entire terminology concept.
If a glossary entry exists for this term, an additional dialog box will appear informing you of this fact.
Choose Yes.
The system sets the term to status 4 (to be deleted) and deletion takes place automatically.
