Worklists

You can use worklists to display all work items that exist in the system for specified object types and work item types. In the standard system the following worklists exist:

Object Type	Work Item Type	Possible Actions
Product and Location	`01` Map Manually	Retry the mapping, Delete the work item, navigate to Manual Mapping
Product and Location	`02` Confirm Mapping	Confirm Mapping, Reject Mapping, navigate to Manual Mapping
Product	`03` Revise Object	Delete the work item, Open the source object
Product and Location	`04` Copy Attribute Values	Resolve the work item, Delete the work item, navigate to Mass Change of harmonized objects When you choose Resolve the system does the following: If the work item has been created for approval of attribute changes, the system copies the attribute values. If the work item has been created because the harmonized object could not be locked, the system starts calculation of the priorities of attribute values for all attributes of the harmonized object. You may get new work items because some attribute changes need approval.
Product and Location	`05` Perform Pending Mapping	Retry the mapping, Reject the mapping, navigate to Manual Mapping
Product and Location	`06` Perform Pending Update	Retry the update.
