Release Object STOR (Standing
Order)
A release object in
the Account
Management (FS AM) system
using which the system recognizes whether the editing of a standing order by
entry or processing staff is subject to release. If this is the case,
the
Framework
for the Principle of Dual Control (CA-GTF-TS-PDC) generates a work item that must
be processed further in the
Business Workplace
by a supervisor or user responsible for release.
You make the settings for the STOR (standing order) release object and its release attributes in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) by choosing Order Management ® Standing Order ® Release in the following IMG activities:
· Assign Release Procedure to Release Object
· Assign Rules to Release Steps
· Assign Release WF and Release Procedure WF to Release Procedures.
· Define Rejection Reasons
...
1. Dialog
¡ Individual processing
The following transactions are subject to release if you made the corresponding setting in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM):
§ Create Standing Order
§ Change Standing Order
§ Delete Standing Order
The system checks whether the dialog processing of the standing order in question is subject to release and generates a work item for every release-relevant standing order editing. If a standing order is no longer relevant for release once it has been edited, the corresponding work item is deleted.
¡ Mass processing
Transaction: Execute Standing Order
Standing order execution is not a release-relevant operation so does not generate any work items. However, the system only executes due standing orders if they are not in the release process after being edited as described above. If the standing orders to be executed are still in the release process, they are not executed.
2. Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI)
The following transactions are subject to release if set accordingly in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) and if the Deactivate Release Workflow indicator is not set in the corresponding BAPI. This indicator stops the release process from running.
¡ StandingOrder.Change
¡ StandingOrder.Create
The system checks as for dialog processing whether editing a standing order via BAPIs is subject to release. If this is the case, the system generates a work item for every release-relevant standing order editing. If a standing order is no longer relevant for release once it has been edited, this work item is deleted again.

You can query the release status of the standing order with BAPI StandingOrder.GetDetail.
3. Direct Input
Creating standing orders in the external data transfer is not relevant for release.
