Starting Correspondence Prints 

Use

During the correspondence print run, the system determines the correspondence data stored in the correspondence container in the context of correspondence generation and transfers it to the print program created using the Print Workbench.

You can select which correspondence you want created in the correspondence print run according to correspondence type, bank posting area, or product.

For more information about the report, see the report documentation in the system by choosing  on the initial screen of the transaction.

Prerequisites

The necessary correspondence data is stored in the correspondence request.
