Correspondence Requests 

Use

The correspondence data is saved temporarily in the correspondence request (correspondence container) in the context of event-controlled or periodic correspondence generation.

When the correspondence print run is executed, the system accesses the data in the correspondence requests selectively.

To reduce demand on the database, correspondence requests can be archived.
