Editing a Charge for a PLM Document 
You are on the PLM Document Charge tab page in one of the following functions:
¡ Create PLM Document for an Account
¡ Create PLM Document for a Master Contract
¡ Create PLM Document for Card(s)
¡ Create PLM Document for a Business Partner
· The document statusallows you to edit the PLM document.
· The Business Workplace indicator is not set.

1. Decide whether you want charges to be posted via this PLM document and set the No Charges indicator if applicable.

If you want
to know which charges are posted via the PLM document, choose Display
Charges.
The system then displays all charges that the PLM document would
trigger.
2. If the No Document Charges indicator is not set, you have to select one of the business partner’s accounts to which you want the charges to be posted.

As default, the system sets the Selected Charge Account indicator on the account to which the PLM document refers.
3. Save your entries or change to another tab page.
