Target Group Member Administration

You use this function to perform the following tasks:

Copy members of another target group
Add, remove, and replace members in a target group
Create a copy of the current target group with the same target group members
Create mass mailings containing the mailing addresses of business partners or contacts in a target group
Send e-mail messages to the business partners or contacts in a target group
Send e-mail messages to the employees who are associated with the business partners or contacts in a target group

You have entered the e-mail addresses in the Business Partners/Details tile set or the Contact Persons/Details tile set of the mobile application.
This prerequisite must be fulfilled to send e-mail messages to business partners or contacts in a target group.
You have selected the appropriate value for the PARTEMAILGEN parameter in Mobile System Maintenance (MSY).
This prerequisite must be fulfilled to send e-mail messages to employees who are associated with the business partners or contacts in a target group.

You can perform the following functions:

Load
Search for a target group based on specific criteria. You can then change the members of the selected target group.
Export
Create a new target group with the same members.
Delete
Remove members from the target group.
Mailings
Transfer the name and address of each customer in the target group to a Microsoft Word document. You can then use this information to send mails directly to your customers.
Mail to BP/CP
Transfer the e-mail address of the selected business partner or contact from the target group members to a new e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes.
Mail to Employee
Transfer the e-mail address of the employees responsible for the selected members in the target group to a new e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes.
