You can configure the following application parameters in Mobile System Maintenance.

Marketing

PARTEMAILGEN

Generates e-mails for employees belonging to a specific target group

  • Gen.via Main Responsible of Sales Team: The system generates an e-mail for the main responsible employee of the target group.

  • Gen.via Specific Function of Sales Team: A dialog box appears, prompting the user to select the role of the sales team members for whom e-mails must be generated.

  • Gen.via Territory: A dialog box appears, prompting the user to select a territory. The application generates e-mails for employees assigned to the selected territory.

Marketing Calendar

E-Mail Integration

Determines how the system behaves when the default business partner for a contact changes

  • Update Default: System updates the old relation as nondefault and create a new one

User-defined value.

If the user does not specify any value, MAT_AEM is considered as the default value.

Territory Management

OWNTERRIDLENGTH

Determines the number of characters of an employee"s standard territory ID that the system checks for before it shows territory-dependent notes or business hours

User-defined integer.

The standard value is 2.

ALLTERRIDLENGTH

Determines whether the released notes and business hours should be displayed for all SAP CRM users or for a particular subsidiary

User-defined integer.

If there are no additional internal company restrictions, users can enter 0 for this parameter.
