You use this function to generate a target group using a standard selection header. Target groups are used for campaigns and trade promotions, or for creation of activity journals.

Prerequisites

You have created a standard selection header.

For more information, see Creating Selection Headers.

Features

In MSY, choose   Selects and Target Groups   Selections  . Then, select a standard selection header and execute the search.

You can perform any of the following functions with the result list that is generated from the standard selection:

  • Delete

    Delete the members that you select from the result list.

  • Add

    Add the members that you select to a specific target group.

    If you do not select any member, then the complete list is added.

  • Remove

    Remove the members that you select from a specific target group.

    If you do not select any member, the entire target group is removed.

  • Replace

    Replace the members in a specific target group with the members that you select in the result list.

    If you do not select any member, all the group members are replaced.

  • Create New Target Group

    Create a new target group with the members that you select.
