Creating Selection Headers 
Selection headers are used to generate target groups. They contain details such as the name, type, and employee responsible for the selection header.

You can create:
An independent selection header
A selection header for an activity journal template
Perform the following steps in Mobile System Maintenance (MSY).
Choose .
The Selections and Target Groups/Selections tile set appears.
Select the List tile
Go to "Common Steps".
Choose .
Find and select the activity journal template for which you want to create a selection header.
Choose Selections.
The Activity Journal Definition/Selections tile set appears.
Select the Selection Details tile.
Go to "Common Steps".
Choose New.
Select the selection header type.
Standard selection header
Contains a fixed set of criteria from which you can generate a target group.
Advanced selection header
Contains detailed criteria that allow you to perform advanced searches for business partners or contacts.
Note
Advanced Selection Contact Persons is not used in the Activity Journal Definition component.
Enter a name for the selection header and save the changes.
The name that you enter appears as a hyperlink.
Choose the name hyperlink.
Depending on the selection header type that you chose, either the Selections and Target Groups/Standard Selection or Selections and Target Groups/Advanced Selection tile set appears.
Enter the required information and save the changes.
You have created a selection header.
Note
If you have created a selection header for an activity journal template, then you can set the status of the template on the Template Details tile to Released.
You can now perform any of the following functions:
Copy the selection header to another selection header of a similar type. The copy appears in the list tile with the original selection name prefixed with "Copy of". You can change the name of the copied selection header.
Depending on the type of selection header, you can generate target groups.
